For your Store Checkout

Elevate Your Checkout with Unwavering ADA Compliance.

The Taylor ADA Stand is engineered from the ground up to exceed ADA Section 508 (ICT) standards, while seamlessly integrating PCI PTS-POI, ISO 9564, and Visa TADG accessibility guidelines. What sets it apart? Zero reliance on magnets—delivering rock-solid, tamper-proof compliance that others simply can’t match.

You’ve invested in ADA-compliant parking—now extend that commitment to your checkout line, where it counts most.

The ADA, PCI, and Visa standards are unequivocal: Traditional locked or lay-flat terminals exclude cardholders with disabilities, creating barriers that violate federal law. The mandate is clear and simple: One fully accessible checkout lane—the express route to inclusion and efficiency.

The Taylor ADA Stand embodies your brand’s promise of equity and excellence:

  • True Accessibility: Designed for every cardholder, without exception.
  • Ironclad Privacy: Aligns with PCI and ADA safeguards to protect sensitive data.
  • Adaptive Viewing: Height-adjustable screen for optimal visibility and comfort.
  • Effortless Usability: Intuitive controls that accommodate limited mobility, reach, or grip strength.

Accessibility isn’t just a compliance checkbox—it’s your competitive edge. Embrace it with the Taylor ADA Stand, and turn compliance into a cornerstone of customer loyalty and legal peace of mind. Serve everyone. Comply confidently. Thrive inclusively.

Beyond the Visible: True Accessibility.

Don’t presume a customer’s ability based on what you see—a wheelchair might stand out, but hidden disabilities, from limited mobility to visual impairments, affect millions more. Real inclusion means designing for the unseen.

Ask yourself these critical questions before every transaction:

  • Can they reach without strain? Leaning awkwardly over a counter isn’t accessibility—it’s exclusion.
  • Is the screen in clear view? Glare, height, or angle can turn a simple swipe into frustration.
  • Can they shield their PIN? Entering an EBT/SNAP code demands privacy—crowded lines mean prying eyes, and breaches erode trust.
  • Daily typical interactions: Signatures, reward phone entries, or cash-back requests still demand manual interaction—plan for the full spectrum, not just the tap-and-go.

Accessibility isn’t reactive; it’s proactive foresight for every cardholder, turning potential barriers into seamless experiences.

Positioning is everything. Flush against the counter’s edge? That’s a recipe for discomfort, overreach, and exposed data. Pull it back just enough—as demonstrated in our setup video—for ergonomic reach, optimal sightlines, and discreet operation.

Remember: Accessibility thrives on preparation, not presumption. With the Taylor ADA Stand, you’re not just compliant—you’re committed to equity that elevates your entire customer journey.

Compliance/Training Narrative (legal/IT/audit facing):

In March 2025, we filmed at a high-traffic restaurant where many customers are older and rely heavily on accessibility. The Taylor ADA Stand is designed for exactly these environments—supporting continuous daily use and providing access from any side of the counter.

Outdated devices like the Verifone MX 915 areoddly, still common in the field. The Taylor ADA Stand accommodates these legacy systems while preparing businesses for modern compliance needs.  (Verifone issued a formal EOL notification for its “MX devices” (including the MX 915) on January 14, 2022.)

ADA §36.402 requires 100% accessibility for assistive-technology-mounted credit card terminals. This is a federal mandate, not a suggestion.

The Taylor ADA Stand is the only patented, assistive-technology-engineered mounting stand available. Competing mounts simply do not meet this standard.

For IT, C-Suite, Compliance Officers, Small Business Owners, and ADA Consultants—the choice is clear.

If a customer wants to ambush, they will.

A question we are often asked. How are your ADA and PCI  dismountable mounting stands compliant? Let’s start here:  Locked-down Terminals never stop the Karen Movement. Nor the “Skimmer” Vampire Scammers. To even consider a dismount mounting that meets the ADA, Section 508 (ICT), and PCI (POI) requirements, well, don’t worry. They will not touch an ADA-mounted Device. And please do not just lay your payment device down or use a holster-mounting (which just loosely sits in/on a stand) . It is very unprofessional and definitely not compliant.  We know of a major coffee chain brand and others that do that. Talk about being cheap and disrespectful.

Empower Your Portfolio with Compliance That Converts.

Partners, Resellers, Distributors: Unlock a revenue stream that’s as compliant as it is compelling.

We equip you with expert-led training sessions diving deep into federal accessibility mandates—ADA Titles II and III, plus Section 508 (ICT). Arm your team with the knowledge to position the Taylor ADA Stand as the must-have upgrade for retailers committed to inclusive checkouts.

Watch it resonate: End customers aren’t just buying a mount—they’re investing in equity, serving every cardholder without barriers. From seamless reach to shielded privacy, it’s the differentiator that turns transactions into trust.

We stand by our promise: Install it, and the impact hits immediately—smoother operations for you, glowing loyalty for them. It’s more than compliance; it’s the smart play that grows your bottom line while building a better world.

Ready to lead with accessibility? Let’s partner up and make inclusion your edge.

We are not in the same business as any other mounting makers. We do not do what they do; they cannot do what we are and do. Our patented mounting protects both business owner terminal assets with our ADA-compliant mounting while providing all cardholders full use of the POS terminal as required by law.
